As part of our continued effort to optimize the experience for your customers, we're making several improvements to your store's checkout experience. In the coming weeks you'll see us release updates to our menu cards to open in modals and a new shopping cart experience.
Both updates are designed to help more of your customers finish their order, on both mobile and desktop.
Have a promotion? Want to incentivize new customers to order? Bottle's new Top Bar and Pop-up Modal will make it easy to put your offers in front of every customer who visits your store.
Over the coming weeks you'll see some updates rolled out to the navigation of your dashboard. These changes will make it easier to find what you need, and set the stage for some really exciting features we have planned for later this year and next.
Changes will include bringing the Sell tab and Store Settings navigation in line with the rest of our navigation experience. Additionally, you'll see some change to the main left navigation bar to make it easier to find what you are looking for.
Customer profiles got a few new additions and a facelift. You can now see a customer's order history and revenue over time at a glance, so you know exactly who your best customers are.
We're hard at work on a new dashboard that allows you to easily keep tabs on everything across your Bottle account. Track orders, monitor when ordering is open and closed, see planned SMS reminders all in one place.
Do you use Parsley to manage your kitchen? Bottle is launching an integration with Parsley which will sync your products to the Bottle product library and import nutrition facts and ingredients.
Expanding your service area? Have a driver out sick? Need to send a one-off order? Bottle is integrating with Uber Direct to allow you to use Uber Direct a fulfillment either at checkout or in the dashboard. Be on the lookout for more info on this soon!
Now in private beta is our new Reseller Hub. The Reseller Hub is perfect if you have a partnership with personal trainers or in-home care providers to sell meals on your behalf to their clients but has a number of uses that can help you grow your business through partnership.
